The service index included youth and delinquent youth intervention and prevention initiatives, agricultural gardening distribution programs, ex-offenders reentry programs, civic engagement, sensitivity training, community service outlets for youth offenders, public health and safety programs, senior citizens and school safety programs
Charles X White, Executive Director is a native Houstonian, advocate, student, school safety consultant, radio and television talk show host, former pastor, and guest columnist for a local newspaper.
In 2017 Charles was awarded the first Community Fellow designation by Texas A & M University’s, Institute For Sustainable Communities, pictured with the institute’s Director Phil Berke, Ph.D., for his community and professional contributions to humanity.
