TELETOWN
September 29, 2025 @ 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Citizens cross-section conversation on tax-based service delivery experiences and solutions.
Citizens face unresolved tax-based and private-sector service matters, in some instances decades-old issues, particularly in African American subdivisions.
This tele-town platform will be part of our intake and discovery process that introduces citizens to utilizing advocacy as a tool for corrective actions. This tool will add to the monitoring process that holds government and private sector vendors accountable to a higher standard of customer service.
We will feature department heads, decision-makers, and other agencies that can provide information and insight into resolving service delivery deficiencies and, in some cases, dysfunctional service delivery.
We are using a four-step process of evidence-based research that links to policy, and procedures, recruiting and training citizens, to an expanding network of citizens who can process any service neglect.
