Charity Productions’ contribution to a national discussion spotlighted in Scientific American Magazine

Charity Productions has been featured in the Scientific American Magazine, twice because of an SF 12 Study published in the BMC Public Health. After Hurricane Harvey, Professors Jennifer Horney, PI, and Garett Sansom, of Texas A & M University’s Institute for Sustainability Communities, Professor Phil Berke, Director teamed up with attendees of the Quarterly Community Partnership XchangeBreakfast.  Attendees scored higher than the national average.  Scientific American Magazine – Empowering Community Resilience Charity Productions, was one of several groups highlighted October 2021-June 2022

Charity Productions is one of several nationally featured programs published in the Scientific American Magazine, on 11/21 and 6/22, as a result of an SF 12 Study published in the BMC Public Health. After Hurricane Harvey, Professors Jennifer Horney, and Garett Sansom, of Texas A & M University’s Institute for Sustainability Communities, Professor Phil Berke, Director. Charity Productions quarter Community Partnership Xchange Breakfast attendees took and scored higher than the national average.

Charity Productions’ contributions were also published in several research projects with Texas A & M University’s Hazard Recovery Center, particularly, Engaged Research for Community Resilience to Climate Change and Planning for Community Resilience.
