Engagement – Customer Service

“After 40 years of service and advocacy to become a trusted community resource and market influencer!”

Since 1984, Charity Productions’ mission has been gathering data and field testing, and surveying consumers in zip codes labeled hard to serve for four decades.

We have concluded that poor customer service, limited advocacy, and traditional bureaucratic practices have resulted in, gross inequities toward specific zip codes. Over time these practices provided fertile fields for unregulated predatory practices by public and private providers.
